Refund Policy

At Kestrel Dynamics, we take pride in delivering high-quality aerial photography and videography services. Our goal is to provide exceptional results tailored to each client's needs. To ensure transparency and professionalism, we have established the following refund policy.
1. Booking Deposits
To secure your session or project date, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your slot is reserved and covers pre-production planning, location research, and administrative costs.
Please Note: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled shoot may apply the deposit to a future rescheduled session within 60 days.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected changes may occur. Here's how we handle cancellations:

Client-Initiated Cancellation (more than 7 days before shoot): Deposit can be applied to a rescheduled shoot within 60 days.

Client-Initiated Cancellation (within 7 days of shoot): Deposit is forfeited.

Weather/Postponement: If weather conditions make aerial work unsafe or impossible, we will work with the client to reschedule at no additional charge.

Kestrel Dynamics-Initiated Cancellation: In the rare event we must cancel due to equipment failure, emergency, or weather and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
3. Refunds After Work Is Completed
Due to the nature of videography and photography services, refunds will not be issued once filming or editing has been completed. We do offer limited revisions (see below) to ensure you are satisfied with the final product.
4. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee
Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Beyond that, additional edits may incur an extra fee. If you are dissatisfied with an aspect of the final product, we encourage you to communicate promptly, and we’ll work with you to address reasonable concerns.
5. Delivery Delays
If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeline due to fault on our part, we will work to remedy the situation. Refunds for delays are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion.
6. Digital Product Policy
All deliverables are provided as digital files. No refunds are provided for delivered digital files once they have been approved or downloaded.
